It is useful as a nasal wash for sinuses and colds, and to flush allergens and dust from nasal passages. Also used to decrease swelling, accelerate healing, and prevent complications post-nasal surgeries. Salinose HYPERTONIC can be used alone, as a natural alternative to medicated decongestants (local corticosteroids, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors), or in combination with them to improve their efficacy.
