• What does the company do?

We specialize in fast delivery services throughout Saudi Arabia using our mobile app platform. Acting as a bridge between customers and stores, we ensure quick delivery from a diverse range of restaurants and shops by efficiently transferring orders. Our app also features special offers to enhance your delivery experience.

• What are the working hours?

We're open 24/7, though delivery times can vary based on each restaurant or store's management.

• Where are HungerStation's offices located?

Our offices are in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Dubai.

• What payment methods do you accept?

Customers can pay upon delivery (cash), or with credit card, debit card, STC Pay, Tabby, or using the wallet balance available in the app.

• What is your policy on offers?

1. Coupons cannot be used when using the wallet for partial or full payment.
2. You cannot combine two offers in a single order (e.g., a coupon + a delivery offer).
3. Verify and review the terms of each coupon before using it.

Questions Related to Orders

• Do I need to register to place an order?

Yes, you need to register in the app to complete the ordering process, which requires a valid mobile number and delivery address.

• Are there any delivery fees?

We offer delivery service at a cost based on the specified delivery fees displayed next to the names of restaurants and stores in the app. If the customer is subscribed to HungerStation Plus (HPlus), delivery will be free provided that the restaurant or store is listed under HPlus and the order value exceeds their specified minimum.

• How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order, check the estimated delivery time, and follow the delivery driver directly through the app.

• Do you have a mobile app?

Yes, we do! Currently, we do have an app for iOS & Android; type "HungerStation" in the search bar of the App Store or Play Store. Also, you can click on the following link, and it will redirect you to the app downloading page: https://hungerstation.com/

• Do you have a mobile friendly website?

Yes, you will be directed to the mobile version when you access HungerStation.com through your smartphone.

• What are the requirements to become a delivery rider?

Yes, you can complete your information and upload the documents after being contacted by the support team.

• Can documents be uploaded if they are scanned copies?

Yes, you can upload scanned copies of documents.

• How can I get a food thermal bag after acceptance?

After acceptance, you can directly contact the support team to obtain the food thermal bag.

• Can visitors work at HungerStation if they are in Saudi Arabia?

No, working at HungerStation is restricted to Saudi citizens and residents only, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

• If I have a previous account that is not working, what should I do?
